My experience in a German-headquartered organisation

I worked in a German-headquartered global organisation as an executive responsible for Türkiye and the region. This experience showed me, up close, the importance of clarifying expectations, making the plan towards a goal visible, and building a common language between different organisational perspectives. It helps me understand the context of the agenda you bring; the direction is always yours to set.

How we work

Every process begins with a free online introductory call of about 45 minutes; it is not a coaching session, but a conversation in which we decide together whether working together is the right fit. Sessions are held online; meeting in person can also be considered. Sessions are held in Turkish or English. I work in line with the ICF and EMCC Global codes of ethics.
