Mentor coaching

Concrete, competency-based feedback on your own coaching sessions, to help you develop your coaching skills within the ICF Core Competency Model.

What is mentor coaching?

Mentor coaching focuses on developing a coach’s competencies within the ICF Core Competency Model. You receive concrete, competency-based feedback on recordings or transcripts of your own coaching sessions.

The aim goes beyond preparing for an assessment: it is to turn your coaching into a more conscious and deeper practice. You see your strengths, clarify your areas for development and decide what you will do differently in your next session.

Mentor coaching and supervision

Unlike supervision, mentor coaching focuses on competency development. Supervision, by contrast, looks at the coach, the coaching relationship and the practice within a broader frame. The two complement each other.

Who is it for?

  • Coaches preparing to apply for an ICF credential
  • Coaches who want to move up to the next credential level
  • Coaches who want to develop their competencies within the ICF framework
  • Coaches working abroad who would like mentor coaching in Turkish

Let’s begin with a conversation to reflect on your coaching together.
