Supervision for coaches

A reflective and safe space to deepen your coaching practice, step back from challenging situations and continue your development as a coach.

Why supervision matters

Supervision is the quality assurance of the coaching profession. It recognises that who we are as coaches, and the relationships we build with our clients, shape the outcomes; so it looks not only at cases but also at the coach.

You bring the agenda

A few examples of what you might bring to supervision:

  • Challenging client relationships and cases
  • Ethical dilemmas and boundaries
  • Sponsor and stakeholder relationships in organisational work
  • Your own identity and development as a coach

Ways of working

  • Individual supervision: A space to look at your practice one-to-one and in depth.
  • Group supervision: With a small group of coaches, learning from one another’s experience as well.

In person or online; in Turkish or English.

Your supervisor

I am an EMCC Global accredited supervisor (ESIA), and I work as an executive and team coach with the ICF PCC and EMCC SP credentials. I serve as a faculty lead on coaching training programmes and, for the 2026–2028 term, contribute to the profession’s ethical standards as a member of the ICF Türkiye Disciplinary Board. My years in leadership roles in the corporate world provide a strong foundation, particularly in supervising coaches who work with executives.
