Marketing, communication and leadership training

Practical programmes built on your organisation's real agenda, treating marketing, communication and leadership as complementary parts of the relationship an organisation builds with its customers, employees and stakeholders.

Programmes

Marketing

  • Marketing in a B2B World: value proposition and customer journey in long, multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Aligning Sales and Marketing Teams: both teams managing the same customer journey with a shared view
  • A Marketing-Led Perspective: helping different functions see their contribution to customer value

Communication

  • Content Marketing and Storytelling: turning product and service information into a meaningful, memorable message
  • Brand Communication and Brand Purpose: keeping the brand’s meaning consistent across every touchpoint
  • Strategic Transformation in Corporate Communication: communication guided by stakeholder insight that supports reputation

Leadership

  • Coaching Leadership: a leadership approach that uses the right questions to support the team’s thinking, ownership and growth
  • The Leader’s Inner Compass: a workshop exploring values, leadership principles and decision-making consciously
  • High-Impact Feedback: using feedback not as a moment of evaluation but as a tool for growth and open communication
  • Team Leadership and Strong Communication: communicating with the team clearly, effectively and in a way that builds trust
  • Teaming: strengthening the team around a shared purpose and collaboration

Approach

Each programme is tailored to the organisation’s sector, participant profile and priorities. It moves through current cases, group work and exercises built on the organisation’s own agenda; throughout the training, participants work on an output they can take back into their working life: a list of priorities, a message framework, a customer journey or an action plan.

Programme design

Programmes are usually designed as one-day sessions; depending on needs, they can also be structured as a half-day workshop or as a series of consecutive modules. To keep the sessions interactive, I recommend groups of no more than 20 participants. A short needs discussion takes place before the training; sessions can be delivered in person or online.

Who is it for?

Marketing, sales, business development and product management teams · Customer experience and corporate communication teams · Managers, team leaders and future managers · Employees from other functions who want to develop a marketing perspective
