Executive coaching
Leadership means carrying decisions, expectations and relationships all at once. One-to-one executive coaching is a space of your own, where you can step back from your agenda and develop your leadership consciously.

When can it help?
Executive coaching can open up a valuable space, particularly when you are:
- Moving into a new leadership role or a larger responsibility
- Facing decisions that balance different expectations
- Looking to strengthen your influence with your team, senior management and stakeholders
- Considering the next step in your career
- Leading in a different country or organisational culture
A coach from inside the business world
Throughout my corporate career, I held leadership roles in local and global organisations, across different markets and cultures. Today I combine this experience with coaching expertise as an ICF PCC, EMCC SP and EMCC-accredited supervisor. My experience helps me understand the executive’s world; in our sessions, however, the focus is always on your agenda and your choices.
How we work
Our sessions are built around your goals and the real situations in your working life. Every process begins with a free, no-obligation introductory call; after that, we agree together on the number, frequency and focus of sessions according to your needs. Throughout the process, we review the value you are gaining and adjust our approach when needed.
Confidentiality and ethics
Before we begin, we clarify the scope, our roles and the principles of confidentiality together. If the coaching is funded by an organisation, what will be shared with it is agreed from the outset; the content of our sessions is not shared without your permission. I work in line with the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics.
Coaching and consulting
In consulting, an expert offers solutions based on their knowledge and experience; in coaching, the agenda belongs to the person being coached, and the aim is to develop your own perspective, options and decisions.
Frequently asked questions

How long is each session?
