Executive coaching and team coaching

Periods of change call not only for new strategies but also for the leadership and collaboration needed to bring them to life. I design coaching processes for your executives and teams that are linked to your organisation's goals and protect the confidentiality of the person being coached.

When can it help?

  • Moving into a new role or a larger responsibility
  • Periods of change and transformation
  • Preparing high-potential leaders for future roles
  • Teams reflecting on their shared purpose and ways of working
  • International assignments

Executive Coaching

One-to-one coaching with executives in your organisation focuses on the executive’s development goals and their own agenda. Guided by shared goals set in line with the organisation’s priorities, it creates space for the executive to develop new perspectives, evaluate their decisions and discover their own solutions.

Team Coaching

Coaching that works with the team as a whole focuses on shared goals, ways of working together and relationships within the team. It creates space for team members to understand one another better, consider different perspectives and develop shared solutions. It is a development process that unfolds over time, structured to the needs of senior leadership teams, functional and cross-functional teams.

For your executives on international assignment

An international assignment is more than a move to a new country; it is a leadership transition: teams from different cultures, expectations between headquarters and local operations, and at times leading in a second language. I work in Turkish or English with your executives posted to the Gulf, Europe or elsewhere. Having led between headquarters and the region myself, I know this transition from inside business life.

Process

Every process begins with a conversation about your organisation’s needs. In executive coaching, after an introductory call with the executive, we set shared goals together with the executive, their line manager and a representative of the organisation; we then review the process together in a closing meeting. In team coaching, the process begins with an agreement with the sponsor and the team leader and with understanding where the team stands today; what follows is designed around the team’s needs.

Ethics

I work in line with the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics.

Training for your teams

Alongside coaching, I also design leadership, communication and marketing training tailored to your organisation. Training →

Frequently asked questions

What is the organisation's role in executive coaching?

At the start, development goals are set jointly with the executive, a representative of the organisation and the coach. Throughout the process, the executive's individual agenda and the confidentiality of the sessions are protected.

Is the content of coaching sessions shared with the organisation?

The content of one-to-one coaching sessions is confidential.

How long do executive and team coaching processes last?

The scope and duration are planned together according to the agreed goals and needs. Executive coaching takes place through one-to-one sessions; team coaching through sessions in which the team works together and reviews its development.

What is the difference between team coaching and training?

Training focuses on developing specific knowledge and skills. In team coaching, the team reflects together on its own agenda and ways of working, develops its own solutions and takes responsibility for putting them into practice.

Can coaching be delivered online?

Yes. Executive coaching can be delivered online or in person. For team coaching, an in-person, online or hybrid format can be planned according to the team's structure, locations and goals.

In which languages do you work with our executives abroad?

Coaching sessions are held in Turkish and English.
